Therapy Resources Management, LLC (TRM) was formed in 1999 as a result of the management team's acquisition of Chiron Professional Services which they had managed for previous owners since 1994. In effect, TRM has been under the same management for close to twelve (12) years. The three partners are all physical therapists. TRM is an independently owned, Massachusetts based company servicing over 100 facilities in New England. TRM employs over 550 therapists and assistants. The owners have experience with large healthcare organizations in all phases of hospital and nursing home development, management and marketing. They have been involved in design/construction and marketing of both in and out patient rehabilitation facilities.

TRM was formed to develop, manage, and market the rehabilitation services of long-term care facilities and hospitals. TRM provides facilities with the necessary clinical and management expertise to meet regulations as well as provide the sophisticated components of a sub-acute rehabilitation program.

Therapy Resources Management partners with our client facilities to free administration from the daily management tasks of recruiting, scheduling, supervision, and productivity analysis. Our risk sharing pricing arrangements guarantee profitable rehabilitation services and indemnify the facility from denials.
